Your chance to protect wildlife for the future... and share your experiences...
Newsflash... photos taken during the biodiversity-blitz activity can now be put into the wild4woodz artz-gallery and entered into the WILD4WOODZ ENVIRONMENTAL ART COMPETITION 2010.
The wild-wood provides a place for all kinds of wildlife to live in...
It also give us a place to explore, enjoy and get closer to nature... This is your chance to help protect wildlife for the future... We venture into the wild-wood in search of different plants and animals... Taking a closer look with a digital camera will help us record the woodland diversity... Make a journey stick from natural materials... Learn how to use saws and other tools to create and improve habitats... Prepare a fire-pit to cook a much deserved campfire meal... Make bird feeders so that the birds can join in our feast... Use the wood you have cut to make a sculpture to mark your vist... Create and share stories and poems to remember your wood adventure... Decorate a tree with your creative works so that others may appreciate and celebrate what you have done to help. |
